Ben Clark

President & Co-Founder

Ben is RealStaq’s president and co-founder, helping our clients execute business models dependent on MLS data access and effective lead generation to nationally dispersed referral networks. He has devised and executed operational workflows to leverage online and offline best practices for converting consumer inquiries into highly satisfied clients.

Prior to RealStaq, Ben’s experience includes Vice President positions at Vast.com and Zillow.  At Vast, he created the new real estate vertical for the nation’s leading private labeled search platform, leading the strategic alignment of Vast’s core competencies with real estate industry powerhouse Realogy’s Cartus relocation division. At Zillow, Ben directed a combination of critical initiatives, including components of the Zestimate™. He managed state-level regulatory matters, plus hyper-local MLS rule compliance which influenced company strategy. Ben also recruited a national network of brokers who licensed Zillow as a brokerage, creating a compliant real estate brokerage operation in all 50 states and DC.


CRAig Evans

Chief Operations Officer

As RealStaq’s COO, Craig leads our operations and our client-facing services. With 40 years in technology, retail and mortgage banking, Craig’s career highlights include executive and senior operations, risk management, and production roles with leading US banks and technology solution providers including Ally Financial, Bank of America, Washington Mutual, Fleet National Bank, and the First National Bank of Chicago.

Craig was most recently the Chief Operating Officer at Home Captain, a digital PropTech and lead gen company. Prior to Home Captain he was the Chief Operating Office for Fiserv’s Digital Lending Division, a leading provider of FinTech to US Banks.


Heather Elias

VP, Industry Engagement and Advisory Services

Heather heads up our advisory services team and our industry engagement efforts. She brings deep real estate industry experience from a wide variety of roles, starting from the boots on the street level as a Realtor beginning in 2004. Heather was one of the first agents in the US to utilize digital marketing to built a business, blogging about her local area.

Prior to joining RealStaq, as the CEO of Artisan Consulting, her marketing and strategy prowess helped numerous proptech companies succeed in the real estate industry. Heather built and launched a national, referral only real estate brokerage, created and managed influencer/advocate programs, developed recruiting and messaging strategies for brokerages, built product and feature launch plans, and authored thought leadership content. As an executive for the National Association of Realtors, she crafted and executed social and digital strategy, federating messaging across all channels. And while an executive for Century 21 Redwood Realty, she grew the company footprint with new offices, and expanded their marketing capabilities with concierge services, an extensive agent recognition program, and a new marketing platform.


Mike Kehoe

Senior Consultant

Mike has 30 years of experience starting, growing, managing and consulting with early stage and emerging businesses. With a perspective gained from building the Entrepreneurship Center at George Mason University, consulting internationally for US AID and the United Nations Development Program, serving on the Board Of Directors of Chambers of Commerce, nonprofit and for-profit companies, he’s developed a deep understanding of the environment, strategies, process and tools that it takes to build companies.

Mike specializes in working with organizations in the areas of strategic analysis, marketing research, process analysis, developing and executing online strategies, data analytics and formulating solutions to difficult problems. Three of his companies have been acquired or sold. He has had leadership roles in industries including real estate tech, on-line publishing, education, micro-lending and economic development.  His consulting work has included work for Fortune 500 firms, venture capital, private equity and angel funded B2B and B2C firms across a variety of industries.


Jason Nierman

Business and Client Development

Jason’s efforts at RealStaq focus on accelerating client growth through strategic partnerships. His 15+ years of experience are extremely valuable to start-ups, emerging companies and established brands launching new products or entering new market segments. Jason’s deep-seated relationships and extensive experience in working with trusted U.S. brands allows clients to accelerate the deal and partner development cycle.

Prior to RealStaq, Jason was the Chief Development Officer at OpenHouse Realty, a real estate technology start-up based in Santa Monica, CA.  The company raised approximately $20M in Seed and Series A funding before being acquired in 2017 by In-House Realty, a sister company of Quicken Loans.  Jason’s primary role was to sign, launch and develop distribution partnerships that led to new customers for the company’s suite of real estate products.  He also supported corporate development and assisted in identifying and vetting product partnerships. Jason also spent 7 years at TrueCar, prospecting, signing, launching and developing partnerships that today contribute over $75M in annual revenue for the business.  


Technical Services

Peter Meyer

Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder

With 17 years dedicated to real estate technology development, Peter has developed and maintained 400+ websites for GMAC Real Estate, Zephyr Real Estate and individual brokerages and agents.  Peter’s experience also includes an additional fifteen years of interactive media and web development including more than 150 web sites for Apple, 3COM, Adobe, Logitech and many others.

Peter’s real estate expertise includes deep familiarity with MLS data policy and compliance for 700+ MLSs, as well as all forms of listing data, school, neighborhood and demographic data including normalization, storage, retrieval and presentation.  He is proficient with ColdFusion, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, API integrations and more.

Prior to RealStaq, Peter’s experience includes 7 years as a Senior Product Manager at Vast.com, coordinating efforts to develop and launch a national real estate search for USAA and other partners. In addition, Peter managed Broker and MLS communications / relations in order to acquire, maintain, process and display MLS data. This was done in a compliant manner, in more than 450 markets on behalf of over 900 brokerages (including the Cartus Network), and in support of a national referral model.


Florian Moracchi

Director, Business Information & Client Management Systems

Florian is a unique problem solver, enriching any project he is involved with. As a team leader, he works with people’s talents and personalities to foster success and productivity. At RealStaq, Florian focuses on assessment, evaluation and development of real estate technology solutions, through his deep understanding of consumer needs.

Florian has more than 10 years of experience leading teams and managing contractors, and has been recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for informational architecture and promotion of a data driven culture.

Before joining Realstaq, Florian was the Product Manager, New Real Estate Products at Vast.com. He led research and development for new products, with a focus on the real estate industry as well as automotive. Prior to Vast.com, Florian worked as a mortgage originator team lead at Stanton Mortgage, a residential mortgage provider, overhauling existing procedures and creating new methods to produce significant improvements in close rates and realtor referrals. Florian’s achievements included designing and optimizing advertising and business development, growing the business to $10MM in active loans over 6 months.


Ivan Vukasinovic

Director of Engineering

With more than seven years of software engineering experience ranging from day-one startups, to science institutes, to large enterprise, Ivan has a track record of improving performance 10x on projects, taking over critical services that were failing and making them resilient and effective.  Ivan coordinates cross-team, creating improvements, leading teams to handle critical services and building the bridge between tech and business.

Prior to RealStaq, Ivan led a team developing critical services for Amazon, as well as for Convey, a leading supply-chain technology provider.  Ivan’s experience also includes time at Vast.com as a lead software development engineer. There, he managed workflows using a custom scrum-like methodology to negotiate with C-suite management on how to complete current, and predict future business requests. This included coordinating with the CTO on improving overall system architecture and operational specifics based on engineering look-ahead, developing and maintaining software in a Big Data processing pipeline, batch-to-streaming conversion, and the integration of demographic data.

Ivan obtained his Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Belgrade, where he also completed his undergraduate degree and published multiple scientific papers in the areas of artificial intelligence and wireless sensor networks. He also speaks four languages and is a terrible dirtbike rider.


Xavier Naud

VP of Engineering

Xavier brings over 20 years of experience leading engineering teams, designing and delivering complex technology solutions to automate and optimize business operations.  With a proven track record working with a wide range of industries including real estate, financial services and e-commerce, Xavier leads the RealStaq development team in delivering effective solutions.

Prior to RealStaq, Xavier’s experience includes time at Vast.com as the Senior Director of Engineering, leading the real estate vertical’s distributed team of engineers, product managers, designers, QA and Ops/DevOps. Xavier’s key achievements included building a multi-tenant SaaS real estate platform, driving the technology roadmap and supporting legacy products, while meeting all client compliance and SLA requirements.
